The live classes take place in chef Eva’s home kitchen (closest station: Clapham Junction or Wandsworth Town), at your home kitchen in and around London (unless specifically requested). Online classes are conducted via Zoom.

Learn the foundations of mindful approach to all things kitchen. Meet and greet your tastes and senses and engage them in a new way. Focus your mind and expand our experience with food in a relaxed environment where there are no wrong answers.

How often do we wish we could hit pause for just a moment? Find out how our chopping board is the perfect anchor to ground us within our musings and introspection, while also serving as a launchpad for our problem solving and creative flow.

Be the flavour alchemist and put together a mezze spread bursting with colour and flavour. The task is simple - it’s how you go about it and who you meet on the way that is guaranteed to serve you morsels of truly healthy and delicious experience.

This workshop has a single objective - negativity release in true culinary fashion! It is about taking that heated energy brewing in us and transforming it into a creative force for good. Because some cookery is best done with sweat and swing!

I-see-sea or I-C-C: Improvisation - Courage - Creativity. Nothing like a MYSTERY BOX of ingredients, condiments and flavour pairing hints to get the creative juices flowing! Sometimes a small amount of classic ingredients combined with the rhythm of repetitive actions and motions is just the thing we need to slice through life’s relentless stream of demands, chores and problem solving.

Dip your toes in the science of comfort zone and feel how the bringing together of select comforting ingredients, seasoning, layering - can magically get us at least halfway there well before we’ve even tasted the first delicious morsel.

Approach the overwhelm in your mind from a place of safety. As you cook, your brain remains engaged just enough so you won't lose yourself in an anxious spiral of thoughts. Instead you observe, dip in and out of the stream or examine a particular idea.
