Eva Furikova
Eva is a former media, events and advertising professional turned chef some 6 years ago. In her career she's been through near-burnout and out the other side. She struggled with ongoing physical pain, navigated major career and relationship shifts. She's had to reinvent herself and start from scratch time and again. Her kitchen has always been what kept her sane, healthy and happy. Driven by her passion to cultivate more balance and peace in the day-to-day she now teaches people how to use their cooking and baking to feel better about life and themselves through mindfulness. She can train you as she has trained herself.

Ella Stewart
Ella is a qualified Wellness and Resilience coach based in London, England. Ella takes self-care and creative coaching to a new level with her social project, Bake Well Being. Her method uses a combination of creative and learning experiences to mutually improve mental health awareness, well-being and support through the healing powers baking possesses. Cathartic bakes, filled with skilful techniques, topped with creative expression to enhance self-esteem, empowerment and overall well-being. Ella hosts webinars, workshops, coaching sessions and events for clients in the education, corporate and charity sectors.
