Meet Your Chef Teacher: Eva Furikova
Hi, I’m Eva. My journey from high-stress challenging jobs in media, event management, and advertising to a professional chef was driven by my need to find balance and peace. I just wanted more time and space to do what I love.
I’ve been through near-burnout and out the other side. I struggled with ongoing physical pain, navigated major career and relationship shifts. I’ve had to reinvent myself and start from scratch time and again. My kitchen has always been what kept me sane, healthy and happy.
Believe me, I know what it’s like to lack confidence, energy and self-love in and out of kitchen. I know how impossible it may seem to see a therapist or even meditate for two minutes, when life seems just too much. My true wish is that everyone has the know-how, the tools and the means to be happy in their reality. Always.
Over my chef years I have developed a framework to help you achieve release, joy and tranquility through mindful cooking. I can train you as I have trained myself.
